Tarzan® is Disney's animated adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs' story of the baby who is adopted by a family of gorillas. Even though he is ignored as being a "hairless wonder" by the leader of the family, Tarzan is ultimately accepted and raised as one of the gorillas.
Together with his wisecracking ape buddy Terk and anxious elephant pal Tantor, Tarzan learns how to "surf", swing through the trees and survive in the wild. His two worlds collide when humans arrive, which forces Tarzan to choose between a "civilized" life with the lovely Jane and the life he adores with his gorilla family. Filled with wit, warmth, and hilarious fun, Tarzan is a memorable adventure you'll watch over and over.
